We absolutely loved our stay here, the staff literally cannot do enough for you! Amazing place and super dog friendly. We payed £20 extra to take our dog and he had the best stay too. He even got a little welcome pack. We are definitely going to stay here again, and I can't think of a single negative. The walking routes are amazing and we even went down to mallyan waterfall.

This is our first meal out since the world was tipped on its head. We were very impressed with the social distancing measures in place and the professionalism of all of the staff. We were made very welcome and the atmosphere wasn’t diminished despite the safety measures in place. The food was great and before we left we had booked to return for another 2 nights as we were so pleased with everything. Highly recommend.

Fabulous from start to Finish. Great food, evening meals and breakfast, which was by far one of best I have had. The rooms are excellent and the bed was the comfiest bed I have ever slept in whilst in a hotel. The staff were friendly and could not do enough for you. Excellent location with train station just down the road and the village has tea rooms and gift shops. I would highly recommend this hotel as exceptional value for money and to add they are dog friendly and dogs are welcome to stay with you in the hotel, what a bonus

The Inn on the Moor is just perfect! Second time staying here and I can’t wait to return again already!! Staff are so friendly and thoughtful, first time bringing our sprocker spaniel and the dog pack is just lovely, and provided with 2 dog bowls, rubber mat to put them on, a dog towel, a fleece blanket and a padded dog bed! Treats and a ball and poo bags to keep - they have thought of everything! The room is warm cosy clean and so comfortable, snow outside and log fires by the bar, so many gins to chose from, the food is absolutely delicious and so much choice! 11 out of 10!
